You will work with colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve queries, contribute to process improvements, and assist with month-end activities. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit notes accurately in GBP and foreign currencies with correct coding.
• Set up new suppliers and verify bank details.
• Reconcile Purchase Ledger accounts against statements and payments.
• Resolve queries with the Purchasing Team on price and quantity variances.
• Prepare bi-weekly payment runs for review and approval.
• Manage shared mailbox with timely responses.
• Assist with end-to-end Purchase Ledger process improvements.
• Support month-end activities including journal entries and accruals.
