We're looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team, working 36 hours per week.
This role is a hybrid role working 2 days per week at our St. Hilary Court office in Culverhouse, Cardiff. During the initial training period however, we will ask you to be present in the office in person each day so that we can best support you in settling into your new role.
What you'll do
As part of a busy financeteam,you'll work collaboratively to ensure purchase invoices and requests for payment are processed in a speedy yet accurate manner. You'll support the accounts payable team to reach objectives and ensure key performance targets are met.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you'll need an exceptional eye for detail and will be competent across Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel. You'll have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines. You'll need strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and you'll be able to remain focused, even when completing repetitive tasks.
