Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles including double-entry bookkeeping and VAT treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoice processing in Xero.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations aiming for weekly completion.
• Draft monthly sales invoices ensuring billing accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with the monthly in-house payroll process.
