POSITION: Accounts Assistant – Maternity cover

SALARY: Competitive

LOCATION: Town Gate, 38 London Street, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 7NY

HOURS: 20 hours – Mon-Fri – Option for mornings or afternoons

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team for the next 5 months. This position is vital in helping us to cover a key area of the business.

The Finance team

What You’ll be doing

  • Reconciling our business bank account
  • Processing our credit card statements
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Dealing with accounts enquiries – internally and with clients and suppliers
  • Managing the petty cash
  • Settling supplier invoices by BACS
