Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) - Flexibility around school times if required

Location:

Basingstoke, Hampshire

Type:

Maternity cover, fixed-term contract of 5 months

Hours:

20 hours per week, with flexible working hours: either 5 hours per day, 4 days per week, or 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Flexibility on when the hours are worked.

  1. Processing supplier invoices via our purchase ledger
  2. Reconciling our business bank account
  3. Raising cheques
  4. Processing debit card payments
  5. Processing credit card statements
  6. Working with Excel spreadsheets
  7. Dealing with accounts enquiries internally and with clients and suppliers
  8. Managing petty cash
  9. Settling supplier invoices by BACS
Experience Required:
  1. Experience as an all-round Accounts Assistant
  2. Ability to prioritise work effectively
  3. Enthusiastic and willing to assist other team members
