Accounts Assistant - Banking

Lithia UK Head Office - Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week

Salary of £25,480 with pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

We are looking for talented individuals to join us as Banking Accounts Assistants.

Based in our Finance Shared Service Centre, you'll be part of a dynamic team supporting our nationwide network of retailers.

As an Banking Accounts Assistant, you'll play an integral role in the finance process and may be involved in one of our processing teams. You'll work physically from Head Office three days a week, with the option to work from home for two days.

As a leading name in automotive retail, we're dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our customers online and at our dealerships. We're looking for someone who can make a meaningful impact and support our growth and vision.

You could be involved in:

1. Collaborating with dealerships, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and shared objectives
2. Addressing and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders proactively, maintaining high customer satisfaction
3. Processing payable entries from bank statements accurately and promptly
4. Reconciling bank accounts daily, analyzing outstanding items, and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues
5. Interpreting and clarifying banking policies and procedures
6. Opportunities to undertake AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications
