Hybrid working is available after a training and probationary period, with the role based near the Somerset/Dorset border. You will lead strategic finance projects and contribute to governance and reporting.

Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will combine your accounting expertise with responsibility for a range of projects focused on process improvement, systems, automation and the effective use of AI.
This role would suit an accountant who is looking for something different from a traditional finance position and who enjoys having the opportunity to influence and improve the way an organisation operates.
The role is based near the Somerset/Dorset border, with hybrid working available following an initial training and probationary period.
You will support the delivery of finance, reporting and compliance activities whilst taking the lead on a number of strategic projects.

We are looking for a qualified accountant with at least three years' relevant experience who is looking for a role where they can make a real difference.
