AMJ Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious Distribution Client based in Coventry for an Account Executive/Telesales Executive to join their growing team.

Role Details:

  • Hybrid role: Office-based on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (09:00-17:00), and Work from Home on Wednesday, Friday (09:00-17:00).
  • Location: Coventry, CV3.
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + attractive commission scheme.
  • Term: Temp to perm after 12 weeks (paid hourly during first 12 weeks).
  • Start date: ASAP.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong background in B2B telesales, account management, and full sales cycle involvement.
  • Proven track record in selling and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM systems and solution-based selling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to sell products/services and follow up on leads.
  • Provide product information, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
  • Support sales campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams.
  • Attend sales meetings and share best practices.
