Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or account support desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Confidence in building relationships with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supporting key client accounts and ensuring staffing requirements are met.
• Building relationships with candidates and workers.
• Coordinating interviews, inductions, and onboarding activities.
• Managing attendance, compliance, and worker records.
• Working closely with the recruitment team to attract and place talent.
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
