Job summary

Proman is seeking an Account Support professional in the United Kingdom to assist with client accounts, candidate relationships, and onboarding processes. You will coordinate interviews, manage worker records, and ensure staffing needs are met while delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting key client accounts and ensuring staffing requirements are met
  • Building relationships with candidates and workers
  • Coordinating interviews, inductions, and onboarding activities
  • Managing attendance, compliance, and worker records
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to attract and place talent
  • Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or account support desirable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Confidence in building relationships with people at all levels
