Job summary

RSUK, Fleet is seeking a Service Order Management Specialist to pro-actively support customers who require calibration, servicing or repair of test equipment within the Service group. You will manage customer bookings, quotes, orders and invoicing in SAP, ensuring accurate data and clear customer communication.

Working closely with calibration and repair technicians, logistics and sales, you will provide timely updates and resolve order issues, contributing to smooth service lifecycles across

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP or CRM systems is required.
• Excellent communication and data-entry accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of service requests, including part numbers and SLAs.
• Process customer service orders for calibration, repair and maintenance.
• Act as primary contact for service order status, estimates and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with customers, technical staff and service management to resolve issues.
• Provide timely updates to customers on order status.
• Respond to inquiries using company tools and resources.
• Troubleshoot order-related issues and follow up with customers.
• Collaborate with calibration/repair technicians, logistics and sales for smooth operations.
• Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on recurring issues.
• Support team initiatives and process improvements.
