Job summary

CDW is seeking an Account Administrator to support the Account Director and day-to-day management of customer accounts in our Manchester team. You will handle quotations, place orders, manage co-worker and customer mailboxes, and respond to initial queries to maximise satisfaction and sales capacity.

Working with internal departments and vendors, you will develop product knowledge, assist with reporting and catalog changes, and help with holiday cover and training.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a commercial environment preferred.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle quotations and orders using sales tools.
• Manage Outlook mailboxes for staff and customers.
• Respond to initial customer queries and process returns.
• Maintain product information and vendor communications.
• Support with reporting and pricing changes in catalogues.
