Job summary

CDW is looking for an Account Administrator to support the Account Director with day-to-day account maintenance and customer engagements, helping maximize sales capacity and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with internal CDW departments, vendors, and customers; handle quotations and orders, manage Outlook mailboxes, process queries and returns, maintain product information, and support reporting and deal activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial environment preferred.
• Previous administration experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Quotations on both standard and non-standard products.
• Placing orders via our sales tools.
• Managing Outlook mailboxes, both co-worker and customer specific.
• Dealing with initial customer queries or issues.
• Product returns.
• Product information, including manufacturer data sheets and specification checking.
• Reporting, including Back Order and ad-hoc customer requirements.
• Changes to products and prices within ServiceTrack catalogues.
• Work with key vendors and partners as required to develop opportunities and relationships in existing clients.
• Liaise with internal departments, including Customer Services, Credit and Purchasing.
