We're looking for a second Account Manager to join the team!

Account Managers contribute to the backbone of our brand work here at Fellas Studios, working alongside our Campaigns Team and reporting to our Head of Campaigns & Partnerships to acquire and manage paid brand work. No two days will be the same as you work across our slate of podcasts and a variety of brands, delivering 360 campaigns.

This is an additional role within the Campaigns & Partnerships team, created to support the company's growth.

About The Fellas Studios

The Fellas Studios is a cutting-edge video podcast studio where ideas flourish, stories captivate, and voices resonate. We are at the forefront of creativity, driving thought leadership and innovation through video podcasting.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish, build, and maintain your client base, acting as the main point of contact and fostering strong relationships
  • Develop and deliver compelling creative concepts for clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, adhering to timelines and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure campaign requirements are met
  • Assist clients in analyzing campaign performance effectively
  • Maintain internal campaign and administrative processes
Development within the Company

This role offers progression to Senior Account Manager based on creative approach and revenue targets.

Requirements

This position is ideal for someone experienced in implementing 360 Campaigns, eager to learn and grow at Fellas Studios.

You must have / be
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Highly motivated, with a desire to meet and exceed targets
  • An existing network of client contacts
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
  • A passion for Gen Z digital podcasting, YouTube, and social content
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources and work with external partners and agencies
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Interest and understanding of Creator / Influencer Campaigns

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for commission and bonuses.
