Rubicon Recruitment Agency in Poole is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Power & Utilities and Marine sectors. Based in Poole, this role places you at the heart of a nine-strong team, managing your own portfolio and building lasting relationships.

The salary is £31,500 per year plus a performance-linked commission scheme; there are benefits including a profit-sharing scheme, on-site car parking, and a structured 8am–5pm day.

Qualifikationen

• Previous B2B or B2C customer facing experience.
• Confidence communicating with customers by phone, email and virtual meetings.
• A genuine interest in developing commercial awareness and using data to spot opportunities.
• Strong relationship building skills with customers and colleagues alike.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, staying positive under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Responding to customer enquiries within agreed service levels
• Managing quotation requests, coordinating pricing, stock and delivery information with internal teams
• Analysing customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and profitability
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships through proactive service
• Promoting existing and new product opportunities within your accounts
• Conducting account reviews and supporting wider business development activity
