Euronet is seeking to hire a talented Account Manager who will be based in our offices in London and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth in our merchant services.
The position is reporting to the COO - Merchant Services.
This role requires a strong understanding of the payment processing industry and excellent communication skills. It involves provision of training, merchant support, remotely and on premises, as well as sales support tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Merchant support:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Guide your merchants during projects, deliver proper education about new features and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of our payment solution
Sales support: manage the portfolio, create commercial proposals and drive the contracting process. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management
