Job summary

Enviroduct Cleaning, part of Green Zone Surveys (UK) Ltd and powered by Vadella, is seeking a driven Account Manager for its North East team. You will drive new business through outbound activity, develop long-term client relationships and manage a growing pipeline of opportunities in sectors with commercial kitchens.

You will present services clearly, chase quotes to close, and stay informed on industry standards. Hybrid working is available with office-based duties in the North East.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a telesales, business development or account management role.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to quotes and close.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Identify and target organisations operating commercial kitchens across sectors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Present Enviroduct’s services clearly and professionally, articulating compliance and risk management benefits.
• Work to agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding with operations teams.
• Stay informed on industry standards related to kitchen extract and ductwork cleaning.
• Attend industry events to network with prospects.
