About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with sales and operational teams to support company growth. You will focus on sectors like festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events, ensuring seamless account transitions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on events such as festivals, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Develop strategies to reach and secure new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support the sales team in pitching products and expanding the client portfolio.
