The Role

The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of established accounts, driving revenue through sourcing, expanding, and renewing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Own revenue expansion within a portfolio of approximately 40 clients, managing end-to-end processes for expansions and renewals.
  • Build strong client relationships, conduct regular reviews, and develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate deal progress, manage escalations, and improve processes.
  • Represent PerchPeek at industry events and build the company network.
  • Advocate for client needs while balancing company objectives through research and insights.
Requirements
  • Experience in high-complexity environments in account management or sales, with a proven quota record.
  • Managing a portfolio of 15+ accounts with a track record of growth and revenue achievement.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise structures with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in building business cases for deals and renewals.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally (~10-15 times/year).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in consultative sales, managed services, or HR sales.
  • Background in consulting.
  • Comfort with deep relationships over a broad client base.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and culturally agile.
