Job summary

Future Prospects Group Ltd is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, permanent role in the Nottingham outskirts. The position offers a base salary of £27,250 plus a quarterly bonus and aligns with an established, progressive company leading its market sector.

The successful candidate will manage customer and supplier communications, process bookings on our system, and generate reports using Microsoft Office while ensuring compliance and data accuracy across IT systems.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
• IT proficiency and ability to use office software.
• Clear and direct communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to support team members and take on extra tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work methodically.
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
• Process bookings and requests on our bespoke management system and ensure timely follow-through with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls for reference.
• Resolve customer queries using initiative and team input.
• Generate custom reports using Microsoft Office as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data accuracy on IT systems.
• Keep data on IT systems accurate and complete.
