Job summary

The Recruitment Fix is recruiting for an Account Manager in Oldham for a leading retail interior and display solutions business. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, build long-term relationships, and oversee projects from brief through to on-site installation.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales, strong customer communication (written and verbal) and effective interaction with stakeholders across departments.
• Enthusiastic, honest, and respectful with a supportive attitude.
• Good time management skills and problem-solving attitude.
• High energy, motivated and dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Able to perform calmly under pressure and deliver projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term relationships, providing exceptional customer service and optimising growth potential.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts, new leads and projects in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to progress design, development, procurement, production and delivery.
• Coordinate with installation teams on site for installation.
• Travel to client/site meetings, surveys and project management.
• Stay up to date with industry and retail trends to expand the Company’s offer.
• Oversee enquiry, briefs, proposals, orders, delivery status, and sign off invoices.
