The role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Account Manager to join our Client Partnership team. If you love building strong client relationships, keeping projects running smoothly, and working collaboratively across creative, digital and development teams, this could be the perfect role for you.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. You'll translate client needs into clear actions, help coordinate internal teams, and make sure every project lands with impact.

Reporting & insight:
  • Assist with performance reports using support from strategy, data or digital teams.
  • Present updates to clients clearly and professionally.
New business support:
  • Contribute research, background insight and content for proposals.
  • Support the preparation of pitch decks and case studies.
What you'll bring:

Hybrid & flexitime working

Our working week is 35.5 hours, and the core hours are 10:00 – 16:00, so you can start and finish whenever you want, provided you're working during those hours. Friday's also have the bonus of being able to finish at 15:30.At least one day a week can be spent working in the comfort of your own home.

Our canal-side studio smack bang in the middle of Burnley has areas for both collaborative work or some quiet time, and a beer fridge and dart board. There is also on-site car parking available.
