The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in agency or brand-side roles, possess strong communication skills, and a passion for retail design. The role offers a mix of office and home-based work, along with travel opportunities across the UK and occasionally globally.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in agency or brand-side client services/VM roles.
• Proven ability to manage projects from brief to delivery.
• Passion for retail, design, and brand experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for the team.
• Coordinate internal teams to execute exceptional work.
• Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence.
• Infuse energy, organisation, and focus into fast-paced projects.
• Lead creative projects from store design to pop-ups, concessions, and shop-in-shops.
• Travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally globally.
