Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio within a leading MSP client. This on-site role in Shrewsbury focuses on strengthening relationships, retention, and delivering customer value.

You will inherit an existing customer base and work with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The position emphasizes account growth over new business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Executive role.
• Experience within an MSP, VAR, IT reseller, or technology-focused environment is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend and introduce additional solutions and services.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and account planning activities.
• Work closely with internal technical and service delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £40,000 Basic Salary + £15,000 OTE

Chapman Tate Associates is delighted to be partnering with one of our longest-standing and most trusted Managed Services Provider clients as they look to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing existing customer accounts, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Importantly, this is not a new business role. You'll inherit an established customer base and focus on account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
