Coast and Country Cottages is seeking an Account Manager in Salcombe to be the primary contact for property owners and ensure seamless guest experiences. You’ll respond to inquiries, maintain records, and collaborate with teams on property performance and compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and IT skills. Full-time hours with out-of-hours cover and a focus on delivering exceptional stays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or customer relations experience.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• IT literacy, especially MS Office.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Bonus points if you have travel or hospitality experience, knowledge of the local area and previous phone and face-to-face customer service experience.

Salary:£25,000 per annum

Hours:Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am–5.30pm, with a day off in the week)

Location:Our welcoming Salcombeoffice.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Account Manager to join our busy team. You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners, helping them get the most from their holiday homes while ensuring holidaymakers have a seamless, memorable experience.
