Job summary

A boutique design and manufacturing firm in West London is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure project standards. This role requires strong knowledge of print production, particularly in textiles. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance client service and support business growth. Qualifications

• Knowledge of print and production, ideally in screen or large format digital printed textiles.
• Experience in Textile Print Production and familiarity with Studio processes, Scheduling and Artworking.

Responsibilities

• Support the external Sales function and take responsibility for existing Client relationships.
• Provide comprehensive internal liaison between the Studio, Production, Warehousing & the senior management team.
• Interpret the print demands of Clients effectively and manage processes to completion.
• Connect with Clients and maintain high standards of Client service and communication.
• Work with the pre-press and production team on Client projects.
• Apply understanding of Artworking, Scheduling and Textile Print Production.

Overview

Account Manager, Screen & Large Format Digital Print - West London

Boutique designer / manufacturer of bespoke printed textiles and wallcoverings for major Brands, high profile commissions for palaces, embassies, private houses and hotels, seeks a multifaceted Account Manager as the internal figurehead for their continued investment in delivering Client service excellence.

With the flexibility to produce bespoke limited editions as well as high volume production, they offer a range of services spanning Studio, Screen making, Fabric preparation / finishing /storage, Hand and Machine Screen Printing and Large Format Digital Printing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and aspirational individual with a knowledge of print and production (ideally in the screen or large format digital printed textiles arena). You will work closely with the pre-press and production team in ensuring Client projects are serviced to the highest standards, further increasing the market position and growth of this business, and evolving your responsibility and influence in line with their strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply practical understanding of Artworking, Scheduling and Textile Print Production as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications / Experience

• Knowledge of print and production, ideally in screen or large format digital printed textiles.
• Experience in Textile Print Production and familiarity with Studio processes, Scheduling and Artworking.
• Strong communication skills and an engaging, proactive personality.
