Base pay range

Born Social HQ, London (Hybrid Working)

A benchmarked salary between £30,282 to £36,771 based on your level within our progression framework.

As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with your Account Director to lead the day-to-day across your accounts. You’ll play a crucial role in implementing ways of working, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing the delivery of social strategies, creative work, and reports.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage the day-to-day requirements across your accounts, including implementing effective ways of working with clients and internal teams.
  • Create timelines and project plans, ensuring review sessions and sign-offs are scheduled and followed.
  • Book and manage resource requirements across departments, adjusting as needed to stay within budgets.
  • Lead client communications, own status reports, and lead status meetings.
  • Brief internal teams on client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage priorities for yourself and team members.
  • Build trust quickly to develop strong relationships with clients and team.
Additional responsibilities:
  • Review and assess outputs to meet client objectives and align with social strategies.
  • Communicate value of work to clients, including results, insights, and future recommendations.
  • Coordinate influencer and creator projects, managing client communication.
