A brilliant opportunity has opened up for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established, global marketing execution business, working on-site with a leading life sciences brand.

In this pivotal client-facing role, you’ll act as the main point of contact between the client, suppliers, and internal teams — delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery.

You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of POS and promotional marketing materials, and a solutions-focused mindset to a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of print and promotional marketing projects
  • Taking detailed client briefs and translating them into actionable specs
  • Advising on production techniques and suggesting innovative solutions
  • Liaising with suppliers and briefing them on requirements
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure quality delivery
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and adhering to invoicing procedures
  • Supporting contractual obligations and delivering against SLAs and KPIs
  • Being on-site at the client’s London office two days per week

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within a contract-based or agency environment
  • Strong POS and promotional marketing production knowledge
  • Experience working in or with pharmacy retail environments (e.g. Boots, Superdrug) is a plus
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
  • Highly organised, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A process-driven mindset and an eye for identifying new opportunities

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to take ownership of exciting campaigns while partnering with a high-profile brand. If you’re a confident communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and has a strong background in POS marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Required to be on-site with the client twice a week - London based.
