Represent a reputable Broker with unique binders/facilities with Lloyd's Underwriters (Small Commercial Craft, Marine Trades, Marine War, and Yachts)?

A family-run, specialty Marine Insurance Broker with offices across Europe is looking to expand their team, with an opportunity based in the UK (Remote work).

The company:

• Specialists in brown and blue water insurance markets, writing H&M, P&I, Marine War, and Yacht/Small Commercial Craft Insurance. They have strong relationships with Underwriters across Europe, including Lloyd's facilities.
• Join a family-run business where your ideas and voice matter. Be part of a collaborative team and contribute to the company's growth.

The role / offer:

• Develop new business relationships within your chosen market. Network with local Insurance Brokers/agents and directly with clients, generating referrals from existing clients.
• Work with a support team handling administration to ensure excellent client service annually.
• Enjoy an attractive base salary plus a commission structure (up to 2.5% of new business premium written).

• Experienced Marine Insurance Broker with a proven record of developing new business. Familiar with Yacht, Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Commercial Craft Insurance, and enjoy working in a close-knit team.
