About the role

As our new Account Manager / Client Facing Project Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, working closely with the entire I Wish team to support high-profile accounts. From ideation through to delivery, you’ll play a key role in transforming creative concepts into beautiful, tangible merchandise — from retail collectables to promotional giveaways.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our lovely office in the heart of vibrant Islington, with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week. We’re looking for someone who’s not only experienced, but also eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our magical journey as we continue to build something truly special.

Responsibilities

·Manage and nurture client relationships from brief to delivery having great understanding of their situation and unique ways of working.

·Work closely with our design and production teams to bring product concepts to life.

·Liaise with manufacturers, mainly in China, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.

·Support licensing submissions and product approvals, ensuring compliance with brand and legal guidelines.

·Coordinate logistics, oversee sampling, and troubleshoot any production or delivery issues

·Prepare presentations, costing documents, and update clients regularly on project milestones

·Maintain strong internal project documentation and timelines

·Business planning in collaboration with our Business Director & MD.

  • · Business efforts to grow each client.
  • · Sales revenue and profitability of each order.
  • · Collaborate with the BD in order to assess the profitability of projects and pitches.
  • · Client forecast accurately & deliver billing on time.

What we are looking for

·2+ years in an account management role, ideally within merchandise, marketing or creative industries.

·Understanding of licensed merchandise — especially working with entertainment or FMCG brands.

·Experience working with global manufacturers, particularly in China.

·Familiarity with logistics, production timelines, and compliance requirements.

·Confidence working directly with clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

·A good eye for design and a passion for high-quality, retail-ready merchandise.

·A proactive, problem-solving mindset and great communication skills.

·Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Editor and PowerPoint.

·Bonus points if you’ve worked on projects with Disney, Harry Potter, or other major Ips.
