Job summary

CKB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Account Manager in the Gloucester area. The role focuses on supporting the sales and operations team with administration and customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring deliveries are booked and tracked. Training and development are provided, with a supportive director backing staff progression.

Hours are 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday. The company offers full-time permanent employment and benefits including on-site parking.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

What you ll do

Support the sales and operation team with administration and customer service

Duties will include

• Customer service inbound calls
• Handling customer enquires / questions
• Booking deliveries onto the system and allocating them to the nearest driver
• Ensuring each delivery is on time and communicating with the driver
• Consider customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers and increase the revenue generated
• Work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Manage sales and organisational operations efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers in oral and written form
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your product knowledge
