Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is helping a Derby-based creative print and display business recruit a Sales Account Manager. You will be the main contact for customers, manage enquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with production teams to deliver projects on time.

This 100% office-based role in Derby offers £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, full-time permanent contract, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to print, branding, signage and visual projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Interest in creative print, signage, display or branding helps.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and be their go-to contact.
• Handle enquiries and capture customer requirements.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for projects.
• Provide updates and project information to customers.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Book and coordinate jobs into production and monitor progress.
• Follow up opportunities and help grow existing accounts.
