Our client is a leading, global developer and manufacturer of medical devices and hygiene products. Compression garments and wound care products are sold in community and acute settings. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an Account Manager in West Scotland (Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway, Forth Valley, Glasgow, Highland, Lanarkshire).

The successful candidate will be commercially focused on driving new sales on their territory, having a proven track record of compression and wound care sales experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio completing quarterly business reviews and forming action plan for creating opportunities.
  • Ownership of pipeline and forecasting opportunities.
  • Partnering with customers to promote value-based proposals.
  • Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
  • Develop a strong network of key stakeholders including KOLs.

To be considered for the role you must closely match the following criteria:

  • Good commercial awareness, demonstrable sales experience, ideally in wound care, essentially in MedTech, ideally with some clinical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position.
  • Account planning and management.
  • Building relationships and stakeholder management.
