ETB Technologies delivers top-tier refurbished IT solutions to companies across the UK and beyond. Now we’re looking for a confident, tech-savvy Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Whether you're working from home or alongside us in the office, you'll be the go-to expert for business end-user customers, building lasting relationships, identifying smart solutions, and driving sales in a supportive and fast-moving environment.
A Bit About The Role
As the face of ETB to your accounts, you’ll provide excellent service while proactively managing and growing customer relationships. You’ll identify needs, craft tailored solutions, and manage everything from quote to close — all while championing our customers and exceeding expectations.
Your Experience
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or business development — ideally in enterprise-level IT or a technical B2B sales environment, with at least 2 years of experience
- Comfortable selling directly to business end users
- Ability to produce creative and commercially sound solutions for your customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Confident, solutions-focused, and customer-obsessed
- Able to work independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team
What You’ll Be Doing- Be the Customer Champion: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities
- Deliver Tailored Solutions: Understand customer pain points and recommend the right IT solutions to solve them
- Communicate Value: Confidently present the benefits of our products in a way that resonates with customers
- Drive Results: Own your pipeline, update the CRM, and hit your sales targets
- Collaborate for Success: Work with purchasing, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Support Customers End-to-End: Handle queries, provide quotes, close deals, and follow up — ensuring every interaction is spot-on
- Mentor & Learn: Help junior team members grow while staying sharp with regular product and industry knowledge updates
- Stay Competitive: Keep an eye on the market, share insights, help with competitor analysis, and support marketing efforts
