Job summary

PPM Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Manager to join our client's team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will manage client support enquiries, ensure orders are fulfilled and provide a high level of service at all times.

You will be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are handled efficiently, KPIs and SLAs are met, and all client interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Account Manager to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. The job will become permanent after 13 weeks for the right candidate

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client support enquiries, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and providing a high level of service at all times.

You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently, KPIs and SLAs are met, and all customer interactions are accurately recorded on the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to initial enquiries promptly, professionally and within agreed SLAs
• Manage client support tickets through to successful resolution
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions on the CRM system
