I’m currently working with a leading company in the cleaning and hygiene supply space, known for delivering high-quality products and expert advice to a wide range of clients — and they’re now looking to bring on board a talented Account Manager to join their team in Camberley.

About the Role :

This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone with a passion for customer relationships, commercial growth, and problem-solving. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, offering tailored solutions and making sure their needs are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Recommending the right products and solutions based on client needs and budgets
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to business growth
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet delivery expectations
  • Meeting KPIs and sales targets
  • Addressing any issues quickly and professionally

What They’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in account management, B2B sales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Experience in the cleaning/hygiene industry is a plus
  • Degree in Business or related field is advantageous
