Job summary

KHR - Recruitment Specialists in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, is looking for an Account Manager to join a friendly, fast-paced sales support team. This full-time, permanent role combines organisation with customer focus and offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000 pa.

You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate product samples and manage account administration from enquiry through to order, while building strong relationships and supporting the wider sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing customer accounts
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
• A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
• Manage smaller customer accounts and sales enquiries
• Liaise with customers regarding quotations, revisions and product information
• Coordinate and dispatch product samples
• Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers in order to secure the best products
• Support the sales team with presentations and administrative tasks
• Manage and prioritise emails within a shared inbox
• Provide holiday cover across the sales team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a friendly and fast-paced focused sales support team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service while supporting the wider sales team with enquiries, quotations and account administration.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating product samples and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy shared inbox. You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements and provide an efficient, professional service from enquiry through to order.
