Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship management.
  • Develop tailored account plans that align with broader commercial goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities to support sales targets.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, develop new solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.

About You:

  • You're detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients.
  • You enjoy solving problems creatively and collaboratively.
  • You have experience with sales analysis, CRM systems (HubSpot ideal), and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase value for clients.
  • Ideally, you'll have experience in logistics or fulfilment environments.
  • Proven track record of identifying, approaching, and winning new business at commercially beneficial levels.
