Account Manager - May start

Location:

Blackburn, Lancashire

Contract Details:

FTC until Mat Leave, 14 months, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.45pm (finish at 12.30pm on Fridays). Hybrid working - mix of home and office.

Salary:

GBP 26,250, rising to GBP 28,350.

Role Overview:

You will engage with employers across the North West and nationally, providing high-quality apprenticeship opportunities, acting as their main contact, supporting training needs, and generating new business leads through warm contacts and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management, holding regular face-to-face meetings to discuss account matters, issues, and future needs.
  2. Provide responsive customer service via email, phone, or meetings.
  3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships, upselling and cross-selling services.
  4. Manage sales pipeline and opportunities, achieving KPIs for Apprenticeships, Apprenticeship Preparation Programme, and commercial training.
  5. Provide weekly sales reports and updates.
  6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying market opportunities and growth potential.
