Arcus FM Limited is seeking experienced Account Managers and Account Directors to support its national client portfolio. We prioritise client relationships, operational excellence, and multi-site FM delivery across the UK.

The role offers remote working with national coverage and a competitive package based on experience. You will lead client relationships, drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities management, maintenance or engineering services within large, multi-site environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with understanding of contract performance.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Track record of leading operational teams and delivering results through others.
• Knowledge of KPIs, service delivery, compliance and contractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Passion for customer service and continuous improvement.

We're building a talent pipeline of experienced Account Managers and Account Directors to support future growth across our national client portfolio. Whether you're an established Account Manager ready for your next challenge, or an Account Director leading complex, multi-site FM contracts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in leading client relationships, driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of facilities management services across multi-site portfolios.

Depending on your experience and level, responsibilities may include:

• Managing strategic client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Delivering operational performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
