Job summary

Everywhen is recruiting Insurance Account Handlers across the UK, including opportunities in Northamptonshire. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, support new business, policy changes and renewals, and work closely with insurers to resolve queries.

Training is provided, and some roles offer hybrid working with a supportive culture. The role emphasizes building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous insurance experience may be essential for some roles.

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of an assigned client portfolio
  • Helping achieve retention, cross-selling and referral targets
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and insurer partners
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client and insurer enquiries
  • Responding proactively to requests and resolving issues efficiently
  • Checking insurer documentation and resolving discrepancies before issuing to clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records in line with company processes and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering a professional and responsive service via phone, email and other communication channels

As an Insurance Account Handler, you’ll play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients. You’ll help manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them throughout their insurance journey, from new business and policy changes through to renewals. As a trusted point of contact, you’ll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and service standards remain exceptional. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering great customer service.
