Job summary

NEC Software Solutions UK is seeking an Account Support Executive to join a busy internal sales team. You will upsell to an existing customer portfolio via webinar, telephone and email, within a structured career framework.

There is no cold calling; you will build relationships, identify opportunities, keep the CRM up to date and help hit annual targets while aiming for progression into more senior roles as you develop.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Dynamics 365 is desirable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with CRM and SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships at all levels within the customer base.
• Identify and close opportunities for NEC software and solutions.
• Ensure the annual team target is hit.
• Keep CRM up to date and reflect all opportunities.
• Own opportunities from order to delivery and ensure policy adherence.
• Attend internal and external meetings and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Propose new ideas to boost sales performance.
