Job summary

Würth UK in Erith is hiring a Customer Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio, upsell and reactivate accounts, and maximise revenue. There’s no cold calling as you’ll be working with an established customer base from day one.

You’ll be supported by a comprehensive training programme and a clear path to progression within a global business, with a basic salary of £24,531 plus a high-earning bonus, 23 days’ holiday rising to 28, and a benefits package including health care and pension.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
• Willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume outbound sales activity.
• Maximise revenue from an existing customer portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales.
• Providing excellent customer service while growing your accounts.
• Unlock more revenue by reactivating dormant accounts.
• Keeping customer information up to date using our CRM system.
