Job summary

Würth UK is hiring in Erith for a Full-time Customer Account Manager role. Based Monday–Friday with an OTE £33,600+, you will manage an existing portfolio of business customers, upsell, cross-sell and reactivate accounts within a supportive sales team from day one.

There is no cold calling; you'll work with an established customer base from day one. Expect comprehensive training, clear progression, incentives, and a vibrant rewards program as you build a long-term career with a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to upsell, cross-sell and reactivate accounts.
• Comfort with a commission-based incentive structure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume outbound sales activity.
• Maximise revenue from an existing customer portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales.
• Providing excellent customer service while growing your accounts.
• Unlock more revenue by reactivating dormant accounts.
• Keeping customer information up to date using our CRM system.
