Job summary

Metro Rod LTD is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join the sales team at our Support Centre. This desk-based role focuses on managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, reporting to the Head of Sales.

You will drive account retention, identify growth opportunities, and work with our National Accounts Team to hit revenue targets while supporting franchise partners.

Qualifications

• Office-based experience is essential.
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales, or outbound calls is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Confidence communicating and managing accounts via CRM or internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients.
• Drive account retention and identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Team to grow revenue and support franchise partners.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand needs and build long-term partnerships.
