Optegra Eye Healthcare in Hampshire is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive referrals through high street opticians and promote our cataract services. You will foster excellent patient benefits, referral pathways and collaborate with hospital teams to grow the business.

The role requires proactive relationship building, self-motivation to manage your diary, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in territory sales.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a large referral base of patients through high street opticians and promote Optegra cataract services.
• Grow referral base by building strong, robust customer relationships with referrers.
• Manage own diary, meetings and route planning in coordination with hospital colleagues.
