Job summary

Optegra Eye Healthcare in Hampshire is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive referrals from optometrists and promote cataract services. You will be the first point of contact for referrers and responsible for growing a large referral network while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers funded training and development programs, a competitive salary (£35K base + £6K car allowance + uncapped commission £53,600 OTE) and a supportive, dynamic team in a forward-thinking

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in a territory sales role.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and stakeholder management.
• Natural relationship builder with a drive to be successful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a large referral base of patients through high street opticians.
• Promote Optegra cataract services and patient benefits.
• Build strong, robust customer relationships with referrers.
• Be the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers.
