Job summary

Optegra Eye Healthcare in West London is seeking an Account Development Manager to lead the growth of a large referral base with opticians and ophthalmic partners. You will promote our cataract services, patient benefits, and referral pathways while building robust relationships with referrers and hospital teams.

You will manage your diary, plan routes, and work collaboratively to maximize opportunities and deliver strong business results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience and achievements, preferably in a territory sales role.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time and route planning.
• Full, clean driving license and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop a large referral base of patients through opticians, promoting Optegra cataract services and five-star patient benefits.
• Act as the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers and grow the referral network by building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Hospital colleagues to maximise opportunities and drive business growth.
