Job summary

Würth UK in Erith is seeking Customer Account Managers to join our friendly, supportive sales team. You’ll manage an existing portfolio, upsell, cross-sell and reactivate accounts to drive revenue in a no cold-calling environment.

With a base salary of £24,531 plus a high-earning bonus structure, you’ll access ongoing training, incentives, and a clear path to progression within a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service welcome.
• Able to upsell, cross-sell and reactivate accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using a CRM to keep customer information up to date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume outbound sales activity.
• Maximise revenue from an existing customer portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service while growing your accounts.
• Reactivate dormant accounts to unlock more revenue.
• Keep customer information up to date using our CRM system.
