Job summary

Rexel Ayr is seeking an Internal Sales professional to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business across the Ayr branch. You will engage customers face-to-face, on the phone, and by email to deliver excellent service and drive loyalty.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, ability to hit sales targets, and a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships with energy-efficient product expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive customer focused role with proven sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and grow a client portfolio.
• Willingness to work across in-branch and phone-based relationships to develop business.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts by phone, email or in-branch to meet targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and identify clients to grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including counter activities and order fulfillment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements.
